Tracy Kasper, who took over as president of the National Association of Realtors after the sudden resignation of her predecessor, has quit after what the group described as a threat.
The resignation of Bob Goldberg comes days after a $1.8 billion verdict against N.A.R. and two months after The New York Times exposed complaints of sexual harassment in the group.
The brokerage said it would require many of its brokers and real estate agents to cancel their memberships with the National Association of Realtors, prompted by allegations of sexual harassment within the group.
Calls for Kenny Parcell to step down from the National Association of Realtors began immediately after The New York Times published an article with complaints of harassment and discrimination from multiple women.
