Tropical storm conditions were occurring in coastal Massachusetts and Nova Scotia before dawn on Saturday, hours before the storm’s expected landfall in Canada.
After passing Bermuda, the hurricane is expected to affect the Northeast U.S. and Canada before making landfall this weekend along the Maine or Nova Scotia shorelines.
